City of Brighton Sculpture on Loan 2027

The City of Brighton Eye for Art Program is now accepting submissions for the 2027 Eye for Art Sculpture-on-Loan Program at Carmichael Park . Sculpture artists from Colorado and across the nation are invited to submit entries for this 12 month display. Each selected artist will be awarded a $1000 honorarium, and their selected sculpture will be prominently displayed from January 2027 - January 2028. The public will vote on a People's Choice Award amongst the installed sculptures throughout the year. At the end of the installation period, the winner of The People's Choice Award will receive an additional $1000 honorarium. ​The Eye for Art Committee along with a jury selected from local business owners, community members and artists will make the final selections.
