DEADLINE TO SUBMIT - NOVEMBER 16th, 2026 (MIDNIGHT) *Please read until the end as this introduction contains important information and guidelines* GoggleWorks’ Annual Studio Artist Exhibition is open to all Current and Past GoggleWorks Studio Artists. Artists are invited to submit up to 5 artworks. In order to participate in this year’s GoggleWorks Annual Studio Artist Exhibition, all artists must complete this application by Monday, November 16th, 2026 by MIDNIGHT . If you have any issues with your Submittable profile, please connect with the available help through the Submittable website. The email listed on your Submittable profile is the email address that GoggleWorks will be using for all exhibition communication. Make sure to double check your profile to have the most up to date information. All communication, notifications and additional exhibition documents will be sent via email. This form is designed to collect all the information needed for a successful exhibition; the information given on this form will be used for the wall labels, artwork price lists, etc.. Titles, prices, and all other information cannot be changed unless communicated directly to the Gallery Manager BEFORE drop-off. Artwork Preference: When adding artwork to this application, please list the works in your order of preference. In the event that there are more artworks submitted than what the gallery space can accommodate, a notification will be sent to the artist with an update on which artwork(s) are to be displayed. Please limit your submissions to artworks that have not been a part of any other GoggleWorks related exhibitions in the main galleries (Cohen, Schmidt) within the past five years (Annual Juried Exhibition, previous In-House Exhibitions, etc.). All artworks MUST be finished and ready to hang by the drop-off dates to be exhibited. Any 2D artwork without a frame, wire, and/or hanging materials (no saw tooth hangers, please!) run the risk of not being considered for exhibition. Unframed canvases must have clean/painted edges and sit flat against a wall. All 3D work must be ready for display with a flat base or a provided pedestal. The 2026 Studio Artist Exhibition will be on display in the Cohen Gallery (both sides) from December 12th, 2026 - January 26th, 2027. All artwork must remain on display for the entire duration of the exhibition. Artwork Drop-Off Dates (Cohen Gallery) Monday, December 7th, 2026 ( 3pm - 6pm) Tuesday, December 8th, 2026 ( 10am - 1pm ) Artwork Pick-Up Dates (Cohen Gallery) Wednesday, January 27, 2027 ( 10am - 12pm and 3pm - 6pm ) Thursday. January 28, 2027 ( 12pm - 3pm ) The Annual Studio Artist Exhibition Gallery Reception, Annual In-House Exhibition Gallery Reception, and the End-of-Year GoggleWorks Artist Celebration Extravaganza will be on December 18th from 6-8pm.
